It will kind of force reliance on the applicable government at the time, wouldn't it?  All the IP driven items nowadays, televisions, phones, etc...it is quite a technological world we live in that relies heavily on Internet Protocol.

I am in the USA...Pennsylvania to be specific, 1 hour north of Philadelphia.

I have been to England twice on business to Didcot (I believe it is relatively close to Oxford)...it was a good time, always good to see another country.  You do drive on the wrong side of the road, though  Tongue  Smiley  I do remember it was quite cloudy and foggy (don't remember exactly what time of year I was there).
